Hydrogen Sulfide Scavengers
Hydrogen Sulfide is a poisonous gas that is deadly at high concentrations and provides serious health threats at moderate concentrations. Operating problems caused by hydrogen sulfide can include severe corrosion & fouling, and injection well plugging with iron sulfides.

aqueous amine resin solution
59-64% active aqueous amine resin solution designed as a sulfide scavenger for water. The scavenging rate in water systems is 2.0-20.0 ppm per ppm sulfide. For treatment of H2S in gas or crude oil, concentrations range from 1.0-10.0 ppm per ppm H2S. Can be diluted with water or methanol.
H2Stopper 1908C
aqueous amine resin solution
75-80% active aqueous amine resin solution designed as a sulfide scavenger for water. The scavenging rate in water systems is 2.0-15.0 ppm per ppm sulfide. For treatment of H2S in gas or crude oil, concentrations range from 1.0-5.0 ppm per ppm H2S. Can be diluted with water or methanol.
H2Stopper 7160
aqueous amine resin solution containing surfactants
60-65% active aqueous amine resin solution containing surfactants designed as a hydrogen sulfide scavenger for gas systems. Scavenging rate is 1.0-1.5 ppm per ppm H2S. Can be diluted with methanol, glycols, or water.
H2Stopper 1949
oil-soluble alkylamine formaldehyde condensate
100% active oil-soluble alkylamine formaldehyde condensate that functions as a hydrogen sulfide scavenger for gas systems. Scavenging rate is 1.0-1.5 ppm per ppm H2S. Can be diluted with aromatic solvents, diesel, kerosene, or other low molecular weight alcohols.
