Acid Corrosion Inhibitor Intensifiers

Acid corrosion inhibitor intensifiers are used in conjunction with corrosion inhibitors to extend the upper temperature limits for effective protection of the tubulars in question.

AII 240

Metallic iodide salt

Metallic iodide salt that enhances the performance of quinoline quat based inhibitors at high temperatures. Concentration range is 10-110 lbs/1000 gallons (1.2-13.2 kg/mᵌ) in HCl, HCl/HF, or HCl/Acetic acids.

AII 241

Metallic iodide salt

Metallic iodide salt that enhances the performance of quinoline quat based inhibitors at high temperatures. Very effective at reducing the pitting tendency. Concentration range is 10-110 pounds/1000 gallons (1.2-13.2 kg/mᵌ) of HCl, HCl/HF, or HCl/Acetic acids.

AII 245

Antimony compound

Antimony compound that enhances the performance of quinoline quat based inhibitors at high temperatures. Concentration range is 4-20 gal/1000 gallons (4-20 L/mᵌ) of HCl, HCl/HF, or HCl/Acetic acids.
